Benbulben Court may not have planning permission for accommodation of asylum seekers

The CEO of Sligo County Council has written to the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth claiming that the change of use of the Benbulben Court apartments from student accommodation to other accommodation may be in breach of planning regulations.
