Billy bullish as he plans protest on The Diamond

Well-known cancer services fundraiser, Billy Bustard, was given an 80 euro parking fine on The Diamond in Donegal Town. He says he should be entitled continue to park there, despite the recent pedestrianisation of the area, and has organised a protest on the matter for this Saturday
