Councils criticised for lack of warning signs after deaths of dogs at Lough Melvin

Leitrim and Fermanagh Councils have been criticised for not putting necessary warning signs in place following the deaths of four dogs after entering the water at Lough Melvin. It's believed the animals died after coming into contact with toxic algae - Cllr Justin Warnock says more awareness is needed
