Donut drivers disturbing the peace in North Leitrim

Young drivers performing so called donut manoeuvres on back roads in North Leitrim in the early hours of the morning are causing to disturbance to local residents. That's accoridng to Cllr Frank Dolan, who is to raise the matter at a meeting of the county's joint policing committee
