Electric scooter users out of control in Sligo it's claimed

Electric scooter users in Sligo Town area are flouting driving laws on a regular basis, which include using the scooters on footpaths, and a serious accident will occur unless new legislation is introduced. That's according to Cllr Arthur Gibbons, who's expressed his delay at the introduction of the legislation, which has to be ratified by the European Commission
