Grey areas involved in row over Regional TD's Dail speaking time says new Minister Harkin

Newly appointed Junior Minister for Further and Higher Education, Marian Harkin, has been giving her first reaction to her appointment this week. Minister Harkin also says there are grey areas involved in the ongoing row over Opposition speaking time in the Dáil for members of her Regional Independent TD group, and she hopes a fair solution can be found in a 'complex' issue
