Harkin open to government offers

Once the General Election had concluded all attention immediately  turned towards the make of the new government.

The addition of Independents will be vital to support the main parties that come together to form a government.

Some Independents are deemed to be more suitable than others when it comes to filling such a role.

There are certain TD's that it is thought would give the new government a better chance of going full term.

One of those  Deputies is the Sligo Leitrim, TD Marian Harkin.
