Knife attack victim says changes to sentences does not go far enough

Sligo resident, Ruth Maxwell, was a victim of a serious knife attack in Dublin in 2016 - she's been giving her reaction to the Government approval for legislation which will increase sentences for knife crimes. She says the increases do not go far enough, and she gets deflated and depressed at the lack of understanding of the effects on victims such as her
