Leitrim driver says 6 month wait for his driving test is unacceptable

Joseph from Co Leitrim says his working career is essentially on hold, as a result of not being able to do his driving test. As it stands, his driving test is scheduled for 6 months after he first applied for it in April, which he says is hugely frustrating and unacceptable
