Personal medical files of Sligo Hospital patients found on Sligo street

Detailed personal medical files of a number of patients attending Sligo University Hospital have been found by a passer-by on Grattan Street in Sligo. The files were found by Eric Forde, and they have now been returned to the HSE. The Hospital management has apologised for the data breach
