Power cuts restore art of communication says poet Bernard

After a week of Storm Eowyn devastation, Bernard O'Brien sent a poem to the North West Today show, seeing a silver lining among the dark clouds of power cuts. He says it has forced people to communicate verbally and neighbours to meet up, which are dying traditions.
