A complaint has been lodged with the Electoral Commission concerning comments made on Ocean's North West Today show by Ministers Heather Humphreys and Stephen Donnelly on the need for a Yes vote in the family and care referendums. Former General Election candidate, Bernie O'Hara, insists the language used by both Ministers in relation to a woman's place in the home was 'misleading and disingenuous'
