Jonathan Moran of Sligo claims he has been consistently overcharged by his electricity provider since he had a smart meter installed at his home two years ago. After numerous dealings with the provider, it was eventually conceded that his meter was not working, yet he was still receiving bills - including bills for summer usage when there was no-one in his house
