Visit to Mountjoy Prison called for by Leitrim councillor to find out what is going on

The Cathaoirleach of Leitrim County Council, Justin Warnock, has proposed that members of the county's joint policing committee go on a fact finding mission to Mountjoy Prison. Cllr Warnock says he has concerns about our prison system and at the fact that so many before the courts are re-offenders
