Wolfe Tones singer dismisses criticism that their songs glorify violence

The Wolfe Tones' Brian Warfield, has responded to week-long criticism that some of their song lyrics glorify violence and are Pro-IRA. The controversy erupted after videos of crowds chanting certain lyrics after their concert in Belfast. As they prepare for a Bundoran concert in 10 days time, Warfield says he has always written songs about Irish history and Irish heroes and makes no apologies for doing so
