A soft landing for Gibbons from Cathaoirleach

The Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council, has criticised Sinn Fein councillor, Arthur Gibbons, for persisting with the use of the phrase 'soft independents' in motions he is raising at council meetings. Michael Clarke says there should be no such disrespect shown in the council chamber
