The funeral mass of former Bishop of Clogher Liam MacDaid taken place in Monaghan.
Her funeral mass was celebrated in St. Macartan’s Cathedral in Monaghan, and he will be laid to rest in the Cathedral grounds.
The Bundoran native died on August 15th while on holiday in France.
During his funeral mass, chief celebrant Bishop Larry Duffy described the former Bishop as a proud Donegal Man.
