Property prices in both Donegal and Leitrim increased during the last quarter of 2024 according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.
Prices in Donegal increased by over €15,400 while Leitrim also saw a price increase in Q4, with properties increasing by just over €10,00.
Meanwhile, there wasn't an increase or decrease in property prices in Sligo in the final quarter.
The average price of a property in county Donegal now stands at €245,000.

Sligo sees a lower figure of €199,000 with Leitrim lower again with just over €189,000.
Managing Director of MyHome.ie, Joanne Geary says the picture varies across the north west.
