Donegal GP questions government plan for healthcare

A Donegal GP has questions over government aspirations for the healthcare sector over the next few years.

The HSE Service Plan for 2025 outlined that there aims to be an additional 300 beds introduced, in comparison to the programme for government aiming for 4,000 over the course of their term.

There is also concern within the Irish Medical Organisation that there will effectively be a recruitment freeze in place.
