The recently re-elected Donegal Minister for Agriculture has announced almost €20 million in payments under the Beef Welfare Scheme 2024.
Just over 23,000 farmers are to benefit nationwide, as the scheme aims to efficiency and health on suckler farms.
The payments are to be processed in the coming days into farmers bank accounts.
