Enniskillen Bypass scheme funding to be fully met by Executive

It's been confirmed that the funding for the Enniskillen Bypass scheme will be fully met by the Executive.

Work on the long-awaited route will start next year as planned following confirmation on Monday from Stormont's Department of Infrastructure.

The proposed route will provide link to the southern side of the town, improving the connection between the A4 Dublin Road and the A4 Sligo Road.

Fermanagh South Tyrone MLA Jemma Dolan says it will provide vital transport links both sides of the border.
