Fitzmaurice outlines plans for new rural political party - but he won't be the leader

Independent TD Michael Fitzmaurice has been expanding on his plans to form a new political party with other like-minded independents, to represent rural communities. He wants business people and community groups to also come on board, but insists he will not be leader of any such party
