Funding has been granted for a large extension to St Clare's Comprehensive school in Manorhamilton.
The extension comprises of three mainstream classrooms, and a number of other rooms including a science lab, an art room, and a special education classroom.
Minister for Education Norma Foley TD has confirmed the allocation for the Leitrim school.
