There's further concern over the level of Garda personnel in the Sligo/Leitrim division.
It comes as Garda numbers are continuing to fall as dozens of successful candidates choose not to take up their places.

Figures have revealed there are now fewer sworn in Garda members than at the start of last year despite a recruitment campaign.
