Leitrim Councillor says lack of water and electricity is leading to rising tensions

A Leitrim County Councillor is claiming that 'tensions are continuing to rise' in parts of the county including Drumshanbo as homes and businesses had to go long periods without electricity and running water.

The supply of these services have been impacted as a result of Darragh.
