A motion is to be brought forward to Mondays sitting of the Sligo Borough District Council, calling for better communication over the housing of asylum seekers.
Fianna Fail Cllr Tom MacSharry believes that both the Government and IPAS have so far been found wanting.

The motion seeks to provide a coordinated approach from government, including detailed communication with Sligo County Council over the plans to house refugees in the County.
