Property prices in counties Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal continue to rise according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report.
The report prices have gone up in Donegal by over €15,000, in Leitrim just under €5,000, and €2,000 in Sligo in Quarter 3 of this year.
The median price of property in all three counties has also risen, with inflation nationwide now standing at 7.5%.
Joanne Geary, Managing Director of MyHome.ie says two factors can be attributed to the price rises.
