Homeowners affected by defective concrete blocks in the north west will soon be able to avail of a much-anticipated SEAI grant.
That's after cabinet ministers have signed off on guidelines for activation of grants from the authority.
The grant will allow homeowners the working capital they need to start a rebuild of their home along with the current defective concrete block scheme.
Donegal TD and Minister for Agriculture, Charlie McConalogue says it's important that the support is there for those affected.
