Leitrim Village's postmaster has recounted his experienced during Sunday afternoon’s freak weather event.
Locals throughout the village continue to clean up and count the cost after a tornado ripped through the south Leitrim village.
Gardaí and Emergency Services attended the scene with some people being treated for minor injuries.
Speaking to Ocean FM News, Willie Donnellan, who is also a renowned photographer described his experience.
