Summerhill College's new multi-million euro 4G all-weather was officially opened at the school campus in Sligo on Friday afternoon.
The synthetic outdoor multi-sport facility will be known as the Monsignor Michael Devine All-Weather pitch, in honour of the school's former teacher Fr 'Ricky' Devine, who flew in from his home in Florida to perform the opening ceremony alongside the Bishop of Elphn, Kevin Doran.
