Sligo Rovers enjoyed a 1-0 victory away to Dundalk in Friday night's live televised SSE Aitricity League Premier Division game at Oriel Park.
Jordan Gibson's 35-yard strike late in the first half proved to be the matchwinner.

Liam Buckley's side were reduced to 10 players shortly after the restart when defender Garry Buckley picked up a second yellow card.
But the numerical disadvantage didn't seem to unduly hamper Rovers, who produced a solid second-half display to collect a deserved three points.
