Sligo professional boxer Aaron Gethin will have his first bout for almost a year when he boxes on the 'Celtic Clash 11' card in Murcia, Spain, on January 23rd.
Gethins, who has won his four pro fights to date, will take on Russian-born Elkhan Barimov in a welterwight contest.
It will be Gethins' first competive contest since February of last year and, as he's been telling Ocean FM Sport's Austin O'Callaghan, the wait has been a long one:

The event is being promoted by Sligo native Leonard Guinning of 'Boxing Promotions'.
