There was disappointment for EJ Sligo All-Stars in their opening game of the new men's Super League on Saturday night in Kerry, as Shane O'Meara's side lost to Killorglin 85-70.
The All-Stars led at half-time, after a strong second quarter, 39-32.
However, the home side regained the initiative after that and eventually closed out the game with a 15-point victory.

There is no time to rest for the All-Stars as they host Ballincollig of Cork in their first home game of the new season on Sunday afternoon at the Mercy College gym.
Tip-off is at 3pm.
Tickets for the game are on sale here.
