Tip off at Neptune Stadium in Cork is at 2:30pm - and match commentary will come from Austin O'Callaghan and Fergal Kelly.
It's the All-Stars first time to reach the last four of the Tier 1 National Cup competition.

The second semi-final between the two Dublin clubs, Griffith College Éanna and current Super League leaders Killester, takes place later on Saturday also in Neptune Stadium.
