Sligo AC's Michael Morgan was an emphatic winner of the boys under 19 race at the Irish Life Health national uneven age group cross country championships in Dunboyne, county Meath on Sunday.
Morgan, who's 17, was a comfortable winner of the race in mudbath conditions at the aptly named 'Cow Park' in Dunboyne.

South Sligo AC's Francis Donoughue won bronze in the boys under 13 race on Sunday
There was further success for Sligo athletes with South Sligo's Francis Donoghue winning bronze in the boys under 13 race while North Sligo took team silver and bronze in the novice women's and mean's races respectively.
