Maurice McLaughlin has been appointed as the new Aodh Ruadh, Ballyshannon senior men’s football team manager.
McLaughlin takes over from previous manager Conor Cunningham, who stood down after Aodh Ruadh were beaten by Bundoran in the Division One League last weekend.

He previously managed the Fr Tierney Park outfit in 2012 leading them to the Donegal Intermediate Championship final where they were defeated by Termon.
An Erne Gaels clubman, the 57-year-old managed Fermanagh under 17s from 2019 to 2022 and the under 20s for the past three years.
