There was disappointment for ATU Sligo's senior hurlers on Saturday as they lost out to Ulster University (Coleraine campus) in the final of the Fergal Maher Cup, on a final scoreline of 1-18 to 0-14.
The final, played in Caherslee in Kerry, saw just one point between the sides at half-time with Ulster University leading by 0-9 to 0-8.
