Ballyshannon's Sarah O'Malley Daly won a bronze medal for Ireland at the inaugural European Ice Swimming Championships in Romania on Friday.
The four-day championships are taking place in Oradea in the north west of Romania - where 320 athletes from 27 countries are competing in the below 5 degrees Celsius water of the “Ioan Alexandrescu” outdoor Olympic pool.
O'Malley Daly is one of a 22-strong Ireland team competing in Romania this weekend.
