Sligo Rovers secured a hard-earned point in Saturday night's 0-0 draw with Derry City at the Showgrounds, in front of a near capacity crowd of 4,317 spectators.
Despite the lack of goals, this was a match with plenty of entertainment - with Rovers holding on the closing stages under sustained Derry pressure to earn a share of the spoils.
New defensive signing Ollie Denham impressed as did goalkeeper Ed McGinty, produced a string of important saves during the second-half.
