Bundoran Gym hosts Hyrox event

One of the world's fastest growing fitness races, Hyrox, comes to Bundoran this Monday evening, July 18th, featuring world champion Hunter McIntyre.

BMS Warehouse Gym in Bundoran, Ireland's first Hyrox-affiliated gym in Ireland, will host the event.

Owner Seamus Smyth gave Ocean FM Sport a beginners guide to Hyrox, when they spoke last week.
