Sligo LGFA have confirmed that Ciara Walsh has been named captain of the county's minor team for the 2024 season.
Tourlestrane clubwoman Walsh, was a key player in St. Attracta's Community School's recent All-Ireland 'B' Championship success over Ursuline College Thurles.
Jade Gabbidon of Geevagh has been named as vice-captain.
Sligo begin their Connacht Minor LGFA Football Championship campaign on Wednesday when they host Leitrim in Curry at 7pm.
