Coolera/Strandhill women's gaelic footballers enjoyed a comprehensive 7-18 to 1-4 win over Paris-Bordeaux Gaels in Saturday's All-Ireland LGFA junior club football quarter-final, played in the Dutch city of Maastricht.
They will now face the Munster junior champions Mungret St Paul's from Limerick in the All-Ireland semi-final next Saturday (Nov 30th), at Ransboro Park.
It promises to be a special weekend for the Knocknarea club, with Coolera/Strandhill's senior men's footballers getting ready to take on Padraig Pearses (Roscommon) in the Connacht senior men's club football decider the following afternoon (Sun, Dec 1st) at Markievicz Park.
