Holders Coolera/Strandhill and St Molaise Gaels booked their places in the 2024 Sligo Homeland senior football championship final with semi-final victories at Markievicz Park on Sunday.
County captain Niall Murphy was in inspired form for the defending champions, hitting seven points against St Mary's in a 0-10 to 1-4.
Alan McLoughlin was in similar form for St Molaise Gaels in the second semi-final - he also scored 0-7 - but it was Gerard Brady's spectacular goal in the closing stages which proved to be the pivotal score - as the North Sligo club edged a tight cagey semi-final.
The decider will take place on Sunday, October 27th, at Markievicz Park - and will be a repeat of the 2023 final, which Coolera/Strandhill won narrowly (0-11 to 0-8).
