The game is being played at the home of Maastricht Gaels as the venue is the designated home ground for the European Gaelic Games Association.
Paris-Bordeaux, an amalgamation of the LGFA units in the French capital and Bordeaux are the current European champions - and reached the All-Ireland quarter-final thanks to a victory over British champions Wandsworth Gaels.
Saturday's game will throw-in at 2 o'clock Irish time - and commentary will be provided by Aisling Browne and Sean Carroll.
