Counting of votes in the Sligo-Leitrim constituency is underway since 9 o'clock this morning.
The count centre is located at the Clayton Hotel in Sligo.
18 candidates are vying for four seats in this constituency.
The first boxes being counted are the Sligo town boxes.

There will be at least one change from the 2020 election with Marc MacSharry, who won a seat for Fianna Fáil four years ago, not standing this time around.
The remaining three TDs, Martin Kenny (SF), Marian Harkin (Ind) and Frank Feighan (FG) are all seeking re-election.
