David Clarke has announced his retirement from intercountty football after 20 years with the Mayo senior football team.
The Ballina Stephenites clubman works as a garda in Tubbercurry - and his departure follows Donal Vaughan's announcement on Sunday that's he's also retiring.
Clarke, who's 37, won eight Connacht championship winners medals, two national leagues and two All-Stars. He also won an All-Ireland club title with Ballina in 2005.
