Both Sligo and Leitrim boys minor gaelic footballers suffered defeat in Friday evening's Connacht minor football championship matches.
Roscommon scored a 2-8 to 0-8 win over Stephen Henry's Sligo at Dr Hyde Park to seal a semi-final place.

Sligo can still join them in the knockout stages - but they now need a positive result in their concluding group match against Mayo at Markievicz Park next Friday.
In Castlebar, Leitrim suffered their third straight championship loss, as they were outplayed by Mayo on a final scoreline of 3-8 to 0-4.
