Déjà vu North West 24’s seventy-six page Souvenir Programme is now available to buy online.
This must-have publication for the great rally reunion weekend on April 26-28th retails at €15.00 (£13.00) plus postage.
Sligo will play host to the prestigious Déjà vu Northwest event which will attract 140 iconic cars, both old rally cars and classics and their owners, to take in a leisurely run to Donegal and back taking in many classic roads in Sligo and Leitrim on route from April 26-28th.
The event is also raising funds for a charity set up to support the families of two men who were tragically killed in an accident at Sligo Stages Rally in 2023.
The full price of the Souvenir Programme and all other proceeds from this charitable weekend go to Rallying Friends, who are supporting the McDonald and Maguire families who were bereaved when Gene McDonald and Dáire Maguire lost their lives during the Sligo Stages Rally last July.
The event will bring together well known personalities of motorsport, and enthusiasts for a sociable weekend, take in some classic scenery in the region, many associated with past rallies and regroup of cars in O’Connell St on Saturday afternoon (April 27th), before attending a gala function in the Sligo Park Hotel later that evening.
The full-colour Souvenir Programme provides:
- A Spectator Guide and Map for the 150 mile route on Saturday 27th. April.
- The Entry List of the 150 + cars taking part.
- Town Maps of the Donegal Halt and the Sligo Finish.
- An Entry Pass, (One copy per adult) to SF, Planes, Cars & Coffee at Sligo Airport on Sunday 28th. April.
- A Souvenir Sticker.
The high-gloss magazine also has articles covering the Rally Ireland visits to Sligo in 2007 and 2009; past winners of the Sligo Stages Rally; John Coyne a driving force behind the Motorsport Ireland Rallying Academy; Junior World Rally Champion William Creighton; and the motoring heritage of the Connacht Motor Club and the western city.
