Donegal will host the 2022 National Senior, Junior and Even Age Group Cross Country Championships this Sunday (Nov 20th) at Rosapenna Golf Resort in Downings.
The host club, Cranford Athletic Club, is celebrating its 60th anniversary.
The event will be livestreamed on the Athletics Ireland YouTube Channel on Sunday.
Well known Donegal athletics coach Patsy McGonagle joined Austin O'Callaghan on Ocean FM Sport's 'Final Whistle' programme to look ahead to Sunday's event.

The championships begin on Sunday morning at 11:30am.
