Donegal now await the winners of the Armagh-Tyrone semi-final.
The Orchard women enjoyed a 2-18 to 0-10 win over Monaghan in Saturday's quarter-final.
The Ulster championship is a stand-alone competition this year - and is totally separate to this summer's All-Ireland series, the group stages for which begin in July.
